Product Returns

If due to manufacturers fault you have to return an item please contact me via the Contact page prior to doing so, and all efforts will be made to rectify the situation, and to keep you happy!

I will not be accepting returns due to dislike of fragrance or appearance(if it is as it should be-ie no defects).  Choose carefully, and if in doubt you can purchase the sample packs.  If you are still not  sure, I am happy to send out a sample size of the blend you are interested in.  Please note, that it is a limit of one per customer.
